Parishioners at St Bernadette’s Church in St Marys took a trip down memory lane this month when they enjoyed a meal of lentils and rice to honour the 60th anniversary of ‘Hungry Sunday’.

With families from over 20 different cultural backgrounds and many different religions represented in the school community, there is no wonder that Harmony Day is such a big celebration at St Bernadette’s School in St Mary’s.
The future is looking bright for the Holy Spirit Church community at Seacombe Gardens with 16 young people actively involved as altar servers each weekend.
