Easter Vigil

The Easter Vigil Mass was a special time for 30 new members of the Adelaide Archdiocese who received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Communion in their parishes. Nine catechumens from the Adelaide Cathedral parish were baptised by Archbishop Patrick O’Regan in St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral. Another two candidates were received at the Mass after participating in the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) program.

The Spirit at work today

Each year when we celebrate the feast of Pentecost, we rejoice and celebrate the Spirit of Jesus alive in our midst – in us, in the Church and in the world.
