The annual service in the college grounds attracted nearly 1000 people, including many families and children.

Southern Cluster youth minster Dylan Barnes said a mix of former and current Antioch members provided musicians and performers this year.

“We loved having the new recruits joining in,” he said.

Sacred Heart College Year 12 student Jack Spiker played Jesus and looked the part thanks to some clever make-up work while Grace Frick led the choir.

Brighton Antioch’s latest Outreach weekend was attended by 40 young people aged between 17 and 25. Weekly meetings are held every Sunday from 7:30pm to 10:30pm in the Brighton Parish Hall.
