When Bev Garton and her twin sister ‘Bronny’ gathered their loved ones to celebrate eight decades of sisterhood, the siblings were on top of the world. The celebration took place on the rooftop of the Glenelg apartment block they call home, and the love surrounding them was uplifting.

New Vicar for Religious Sr Liz Morris rsj says a focus for her role will be connecting personally with the more than 300 Sisters, Brothers and clergy in the Adelaide Archdiocese.
As Sr Brigette Sipa takes on her new role as CentreWest regional leader of the Sisters of St Joseph, she will draw on her many years of experience as a school principal and director of Mission at Mary MacKillop Place in North Sydney.
The newly appointed Archbishop of Adelaide Patrick O’Regan says he is looking forward to being in the Archdiocese and sees his role as “being a person of communion in this place, a missionary disciple”.
Parishioners at Kapunda, in St Mary of the Cross MacKillop Northern Light parish, had two things to celebrate on May 9.
