Senior secondary students are being invited to share their perspective on ‘living the Good News of the Gospel’ as part of an international essay competition.

Run by the International Alliance of Catholic Knights – which includes the Knights of the Southern Cross in Australia – the competition is open to students in the last three years of secondary school. The winning Australian entry will receive $1000 and also progress to international judging.

Students are being asked to write a 1200 to 2000 word essay on the topic, ‘Walking in joy to serve the Lord: a young person’s perspective on living the Good News of the Gospel in today’s world’.

Entries close February 28 2019 and can be mailed to The Knights of the Southern Cross (SA) Inc, PO Box 681, Plympton 5037, or emailed to kscsa@kscsa.org.au.
