The new contemporary learning environment creates greater connectivity between the four junior primary classrooms, allows a vast amount of natural light into the space and opens the classrooms to the outside, promoting inside and outside learning. The overhaul of the classrooms is part of a three-stage development that also includes establishing a Nature Learning Space and a new Environmental and Construction Centre, due to be finished by the end of the year. Once completed, these new learning spaces will help students to embrace ‘care for the common home’, as outlined in Pope Francis’ Laudato Si’.
