Walk for Life
Around 3000 pro-life South Australians joined the Walk for Life rally in Adelaide last month.
In the lead up to the March election, Jodie Pickard, founder of Love Adelaide, which organised the event, urged the crowd to vote for individual candidates who are pro-life rather than political parties.
Launched at the event was a national movement called ‘Enid Lyons List’ to help pro-life women to win election to parliaments across Australia. A mother of 12, Enid Lyons was the first woman MP in Australia and a pro-life advocate. Enid Lyons List will help pro-life women be elected into the parliaments across Australia.
Adelaide Vicar General Fr Dean Marin joined other members of the Catholic community at the rally.Jump to next article
