Calvary North Adelaide Hospital (CNAH) commemorated 125 years of service to the community with a special Foundation Day service and lunch on March 24.

Little Company of Mary Healthcare Board chair, Jim Birch AM, said CNAH’s enduring impact was a testament to the courage and dedication of the Sisters who founded it.
“This hospital is far more than a historic site – it is a dynamic, evolving institution that continues to transform to meet the needs of the community,” he said.
“For 125 years CNAH has been a place of hope, healing and unwavering care. It’s a privilege to be part of a legacy that has shaped the lives of so many South Australians.”
Calvary Health Care Regional chief executive officer, South Australia, Sharon Kendall, said the milestone was an opportunity to recognise the extraordinary dedication of staff, volunteers, medical officers and partners who bring Calvary’s mission to life each day.
The celebrations featured the lighting of the Mary Potter Candle as a reminder of the founder of the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary.
