Sharing Olympic experience

Fresh from the excitement of competing at the Paris Olympics, 21-year-old gymnast Jesse Moore returned to his old school, Sacred Heart College, last month.
The 2020 graduate reconnected with his house, Fourviere, joining current students for Mass and taking part in an inspiring question and answer session at Champagnat Campus.
Jesse made history as the first South Australian gymnast to qualify for the Olympics and the first Australian to reach the men’s Individual All-Around Artistic Gymnastics Final since 2012.
Jesse also spoke at a Sacred Heart Old Collegians Football Club luncheon at The Highway last month. He said his experience in Paris had made him hungrier than ever to continue to compete at the highest level and to one day be on the podium at the Olympics.
As he returns to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra to prepare for future competitions, the Sacred Heart community will be following his journey and supporting him on his path to the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.
