Walking a new path

The launch of a new chapter in the history of the Otherway Centre was an opportunity to reflect on the past, as Centacare Catholic Community Services brought people together for a special NAIDOC Week celebration.

Catholic Charities gives thanks

More than 200 students from various Catholic schools in Adelaide attended the annual Catholic Charities Thanksgiving Mass in St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral on September 10.

Every Wednesday a group of Indigenous women meet at the Otherway Centre at Stepney for craft work, conversation and lunch. Part of the Aboriginal Catholic Ministry, the program attracts up to 15 women who enjoy painting vases, making jewellery, knitting and other activities.
