Christmas spirit alive and well at Seaton

Centacare Catholic Family Services staff based at Seaton have been overwhelmed by the generosity of local parishioners who have contributed hundreds of items for Christmas hampers being delivered to families in need.

A new statue of Saint Mother Teresa has been installed in the gardens of Mater Christi Church, Seaton, after the local Albanian Catholic community raised funds for the project.

Adelaide’s Filipino community gathered at Mater Christi Church, Seaton, on May 29 for the feast of Santa Cruzan and the launch of a year-long celebration of 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines.
