Clearview-Kilburn milestones

In a big year for Clearview-Kilburn parish, the community is celebrating milestones for its two churches and 20 years since the twinning of its two parishes.
St Brigid Church, Kilburn, was opened on May 23 1954 while Good Shepherd Church at Clearview was opened on August 27 1964.
The 70th and 60th anniversaries, as well as the twinning of the two parishes in September 2004, will be celebrated at two Masses on August 11. Archbishop Patrick O’Regan will preside at the 9am Mass at St Brigid and the 11am Mass at Good Shepherd.
