Unprecedented calls for help

Rising costs of living, a skyrocketing real estate market, coupled with the impact of domestic violence, are all contributing to an unprecedented number of calls from people asking for help from the St Vincent de Paul Society.

Students from two Catholic colleges braved the cold conditions and slept under cardboard shelters to raise awareness of homelessness this month.
