Students reach for the stars and win big with national award

Nothing evokes awe and curiosity like the wonders of space. Mary MacKillop College Year 8 students experienced exactly that when they participated in the Fleet Space LaunchBox Program, developed by Adelaide-based Fleet Space Technologies.

Boost for graduates

Bright thinkers in the fields of space, technology, agriculture and sustainability were awarded 2024 Playford Trust scholarships at the annual awards night held in Adelaide in April.

ACROSS THE GENERATIONS: Year 12 student Georgia Magiafoglou and her mum Angela congratulate Giovanna Iannicelli on the award and her outstanding teaching career. Both have been taught by Giovanna – Georgia in ICT and Angela was in her typing class in 1983.
