Addressing a theological injustice

Acclaimed author and theologian Gerald O'Collins SJ AC was in Adelaide recently to launch a book written by Jan Gray, a Sister of Mercy from Adelaide who earned her PhD at Cambridge University. Sr Jan died suddenly in December 2016 at the age of 64 while she was in the process of converting into a book her doctoral thesis on the work of Marie-Dominique Chenu. This is an edited version of Fr O’Collins’ speech.
