Bishop Michael Odiwa, from Homa Bay Diocese in Kenya, made a surprise visit to Adelaide this month, celebrating the fourth anniversary of his episcopal ordination on the feast of St Josephine Bakhita.
Bishop Michael Odiwa, from Homa Bay Diocese in Kenya, made a surprise visit to Adelaide this month, celebrating the fourth anniversary of his episcopal ordination on the feast of St Josephine Bakhita.
The Adelaide Archdiocese is a long way from Homa Bay, Kenya, but the two dioceses were united by the ordination and installation of Bishop Michael Odiwa at a colourful ceremony on the grounds of the local high school this month.
