All aboard for rail pilgrimage
Local
A group of 19 parishioners from the Holy Family parish gathered for a pilgrimage to St Francis Xavier’s Cathedral last month.

All but one came into the city by train, boarding at different stations along the way and meeting in the first carriage.
The group enjoyed an informative tour of the Cathedral with guide Timothy Davey, who is Music coordinator for the Cathedral. With the peeling of the bells, the pilgrims were led through the Angelus followed by Mass and a picnic lunch in Mary MacKillop Plaza.
