Three young men professed their first vows as Passionists in a ceremony at the Monastery, Glen Osmond, during Mass on July 8.

Melchior Yowei (Papua New Guinea), Dalset Tapi (Papua New Guinea) and Luke Bulley (South Africa/Australia) will continue their vocations in different places – Dalset and Melchior will return to Port Moresby where they will continue their theological training while Luke will continue his studies in Melbourne.

On July 7, six novices were clothed in their Passionist habits during evening prayer in the chapel at St Paul’s Church.

The novices are pictured with the director of novices Brother Laurence Finn CP and assistant director Brother Christopher Akiatan CP: Solanus Buro (Papua New Guinea), Nguyen Van Quyen (Vietnam), Joseph Raki (Papua New Guinea), Bui Van Thong (Vietnam), Boas Tamajambi (Papua New Guinea) and Nguyen Quang Manh (Vietnam).
